Object – metabolic cardiomyopathy; purpose - increase of efficiency of treatment of children with metabolic cardiomyopathy on the basis of study of functional reserves of myocardium and extracardiac regulation of activity of heart; a method: clinical, instrumental, biochemical researches, analytical - statistical; novelty - the new decisions of a problem of development of metabolic cardiomyopathy are given; the connection between infringements of cerebral hemodynamics and changes of a functional condition of a trunk of a brain is revealed; is developed a therapeutic complex for differential treatment of children with MCP and displays vegetative dysfunction.
