Essay

The dissertation shows the role of family members with helicobacterassociated gastroduodenal diseases in spread of this infection among children in these families. It was pointed high frequency of helicobacteriosis in patientes with ishemic heart disease. It was proved that there was no dependence between helicobacteriosis and gastroesophageal reflux disease. It was pointed to age peculiarities of gastric acidity as factor of high frequency of duodenal ulcer among people of age 20-59 years. The necessity of stomach acidity determination for the differential prescription of eradication therapy in patientes with helicobacteriosis was grounded.
