In dissertational work new problems of the electroelastisity theory and magnetostatics theory about averaging of physical properties of fibrous composite materials with piezoelectric and ferromagnetic components of structure are solved. At the solution of all problems the uniform approach is applied. The general representations of the corresponding boundary problem solutions, satisfying the mechanical displacements and electric field potential quasi-periodicity conditions in the piezocomposite structure or the quasi-periodicity conditions of magnetic field intensity vectors gradients in the ferromagnetic composite structure were under construction in the beginning. Further the physical fields coupling problems on interface borders of composite phases were reduced to the regular integral equation systems or to the mixed singular integral and linear algebraic equations systems. Then, using the method of regular structures, macroparameters of fibrous composites have been found. The research of macromodules of the composite materials from geometrical and physicomechanical characteristics of matrix and fibres (holes) is carried out.
