Essay

The foundry manganese cast-iron alloys are alloyed (for 1% Сr, V, Ti, Mo). It was established the influence of alloying on the structure -phase composition and fracture of manganese cast-iron alloys at complex action of exploitation factors. Metrological base of the study are the durometric, X-ray, fractography, statistics analyses, electrochemical investigation and mechanical test of the crack growth resistance at cyclic and static loading. It was carried out the investigation of the wear resistance in the circumstances of dry and limit wear on the SMC-2 equipment (Р = 1,0…6,0 МРа, V = 0,63…2,1 m/s). For the first it was established that micro hardness of austenite, which formed as a dendride, and austenite - cementite eutectic in 1,2…1,9 times higher, than micro hardness of austenite in austenite - graphite eutectic. It was founded the optimal chemical composition and microstructure parameters, which guarantee higher (physico-mechanical and tribological crack resistance and corrosion resistance) property. It was conducted, the tools, made from manganese cast-iron alloys, the industrial testing of obtaining alloys.
