Essay

The work has been intended to determine the effective mechanisms of the medical preparation Manaxx on the functional activity of immunocompetent cells both in the healthies and in patients with chronic urogenital chlamydiosis. There was determined the effect of various doses of Manaxx on the functional activity of monocytic-macrophage link and lymphocytes by secretionof IL-1b and TNF-a, g-IF, IL-4 and IL-10. It was shown that in the healthies this medical preparation being used in all doses elevated the production of IL-1b and TNF-a by cells of monocytic-macrophage link and did not change the activity of T-helpers by the production of g-IF in therapeutic dose. The determined effect of preparations were retained in vitro in the study of the immunocompetent cells of patients with chronic urogenital chlamydiosis.
