Demonstrated the formation of the plant radioadaptive response in example of Arabidopsis thaliana and Medicago sativa, as after irradiation of сonditioning doses of X-radiation as after treatment by the ultraviolet, that indicated nonspecific nature of this reaction. Established the fact that formation of plant radioadaptive response is involving the excisional DNA repair system. With the help of photolyasa reaction in combination of UV-B and visible light treatment to the seedlings of Medicago sativa the decrease of plants' radioadaptive response formation was shown.
