Essay

Object - pneumatic-hydraulic system for metering and feeding working liquid in sprayers. The purpose - increase of an overall performance of sprayers by introduction of pneumatic-hydraulic system of metering. Methods - analytical and experimental methods of researches which are based on laws of hydrodynamics, aerodynamics and mechanics of the continuum, principal points of design of experiments, mathematical statistics. For solving the equations of the theoretical part of the dissertation and carrying out the statistical analysis of experimental data standard packages of applied programs for a personal computer are used. Novelty - 1) The constructive-technological circuit of pneumatic-hydraulic system for metering and feeding working liquid in sprayers is improved by modification in a design of the air atomizer of the metering device-distributor (the Patent of Ukraine №49076); 2) Optimum parameters of pneumatic-hydraulic system for metering and feeding working liquid in sprayers at which qualitative spraying with rates of application 10-70 l/ha is provided are determined; 3) The model of movement of drops under action of an air stream in the closed vertical channel is developed; 4) The equation which describes the limit of transition from shell to ring structure of movement of an air - liquid mix is established. Results of investigations-are used by the open joint-stock "Lvivagromashproekt" and the Institute of agriculture for farms of Woodlands when developing new machines for plant protection. машин Sphere - machines and means for mechanization of agricultural production.
