The process of pnevmoimpoulsnoi separatsii of seed after density in a state of fluidization is a research object. The article of research - influence of parameters of machine on efficiency of pneumatic-impulsive separation of seed to density. Purpose of work: rise of efficiency and productivity of process of separation of seed to density in a state of fluidization, at the decline of energy due to the use of pulsating blast. Research methods. Theoretical researches are conducted with the use of methods of theoretical mechanics, mathematical analysis, probability theory and mathematical design. The results of experimental researches are treated by the methods of mathematical statistics with the use of PECM. The scientific novelty of work consists in the following: - by means the developed determined mathematical model of process with the use of the application programs for PECM the kinematics of motion of part is described in the state of fluidization layer of seed; - intercommunication of properties offluidization layer and separate part is set with the structural, kinematics and aerodynamic parameters of machine, at presence of factors: accidental action of force of frontal pressure; presence of pulsation of current of air; excess and asymmetry of epyor pump, accordingly, in the transversal and longitudinal crossing of pneumatic channel; heights of establishment of divizors of layer; - at the level of novelty determine maximum modes of operations of pneumatic-impulsive machine and high bound of its productivity on condition of achievement of maximal technological effect of separation; the exposed experimental conformities to the law of influencing of basic geometrical and kinematics parameters of the offered pneumatic-impulsive machine on the technological indexes of its work. A technical document is developed and the experimental standard of pneumatic-impulsive machine, which passed the test in LTD. the "Kirovogradskiy mixed fodder factory", is made, on a private agricultural enterprise "Vlad", s. Mogutne the Kirovograds region.
