Essay

The dissertation deals with historical analysis of the literature on the theme of investigation, the essense and legal nature of agricultural land areas mortgage, the theoretical analysis of land mortgage basic principles and peculiarities of agricultural land areas mortgage agreement. The issues of legal regulation of agricultural land mortgage is studied deeply. The author of the dissertation defines the ways of improving current Ukrainian legislation regarding agricultural land areas mortgage. The land law's nature of agricultural land areas is proved. The features of agricultural land areas as subject of agreement are studied, the specific conditions of the contract and order of its registration are analyzed, the rights and duties of the parties of the agricultural land areas mortgage contract are investigated. The basis and order of the termination of the agricultural land areas contract are studied
