The thesis for a candidate of science degree in law, speciality 12.00.06 – land law; agrarian law; environmental law; natural resource law. – V.M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the National Ukrainian Academy of Sciences. – Kyiv, 2005. The thesis is devoted to the research of the legal regime of the land which is an object of the right of ownership according to the land legislation of Ukraine. The development of the scientific investigations has been analyzed. The conception of the legal regime of the land considered as an object of the right of ownership according to the land legislation of Ukraine in the present legal doctrine is determined. The conception and the content of legal relations of the right of land ownership are considered. The differences of the legal regime of the land as an object of the right of ownership depending on a certain subject of this right are revealed. The problems concerning the improvement of legal regulations for implementing the competences of the Ukrainian people and other subjects of the right of land ownership, legal provisions of an optimum balance of public and private interests in land use are investigated. The theoretical substantiation of the correlation of the right of land ownership of the Ukrainian people and other subjects of this right is improved. The peculiarities of legal regulations of the land property relations are characterized. The issues on delimitation on the land and civil legislation are analyzed. The scientific conclusions and propositions as for the improvement of the legislation, regulating the legal relations of the land ownership, are substantiated.
