BUSUJOK D. The Legal Regulations of Limitation of Land Rights in Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to the research and explanation of the theoretical and practical basis of the legal regulations of limitation of land rights in Ukraine. The prime attention in the research is payed to the content of land rights' limitation. The detailed analysis of the limitation types and legal basis for the formation and termination of limitation of land rights. The concept of establishment means of limitations and their types is emphasized. Defined the pecularities of the legal regulations of acquisitions of land rights' limitation and its exploitation. Established the main rules of the legal regulations of limitations in the interests of the neighbours and inside zones with special conditions of land exploitation. Researched the criteria that availability exclude such rigts' limitations as emphitevzis and superphizy. Reasoned the set of proposals of possible changes and addendums in the land legislation of Ukraine
