Dobrorez I. Criminological characteristic and preventing of illegal production, producing, acquirement, keeping, transportation or sending of narcotics, psychotropic substances or their analogues without the sale purpose (on Autonomic Republic of Crimea materials)

This work is devoted to the problem of illegal production, producing, acquirement, keeping, transportation or sending of narcotics, psychotropic substances or their analogues without the sale purpose in Autonomic Republic of Crimea. The author considers historical social and law prerequisites of illegal circulation's criminalization of indicated substances without the sale purpose. He gives grounded criminaly legal and criminological characteristic of crimes, which are foreseen in Art. 309 of Ukrainian Criminal Code. Research of this type of the crime on the regional level has given an opportunity to establish relation of peculiarities of their committing according to the autonomic specification. The author brings critical analyzis of the international experience of the struggle with narcotizm and of some countries legalization of light narcotics. A person of a criminal was detaily studied and the typology of such persons was worked out. On the base of the research of reasons and condition of crime's committing guaranteed by Art. 309 of Ukrainian Criminal Code the author suggests the number of measures due to increase preventing effectiveness of this type of crimes on generally socially criminological and individual levels.
