Thesis is devoted to the systematic study of physical nature of the spectral fine structure in the region of characteristic losses of primary electrons energy in 5 - 1000 eV, which represents specific surface properties of the single crystal alloys. On this basis the nondestructive methods of the secondary electron spectroscopy for the layer-by-layer analysis of physical and chemical properties of nanosize surface region are developed.
