Korshuk R. The peculiarities of the national idea in political conceptions of Ukrainian and Russian conservatism.

The present thesis deals with peculiarities of the national idea in interpretation of Ukrainian and Russian elite representatives of conservative tendency. Common peculiarities typical for the concept of "national idea" based on world experience analysis are established. The evolution of national idea in Ukrainian conservative political thought is analyzed. The thesis also focuses on the development of national idea in Russian conservatism. Characteristic features of Russian and Ukrainian national idea are examined on the basis of experience and a comparative analysis is represented.
