Dissertation work is devoted to research of thermodynamics equilibrium of the system CaSO4 *2H2O-CaSO4* 0,5 H2O, dependences of pressure of equilibrium on a temperature in a undercritical zone. The results of calculation-theoretical researches of distributing of pressure and temperature into the particle of natural gypsum stone taking into account the warmth of dehydratation, results of research of kinetics and time of gydrothermal treatment of shallow factions of gypsum raw material, are resulted in work. Experimental explored gydrodynamic and warm- massoexchange descriptions in a dense and boiling layer in the wide range of change of speed of fluidizing Warm transmitter (water, air), pressure (to 1,0 MPa), size of macadam (to 50 mm) and other parameters. It is brought results over of experimental research of durability descriptions of shallow factions of CaSO4*2H2O gypsum. Shown possibility of receipt by a-semihydrate durability 10-16 MPa at of short duration heat treatment (0,5-1,0 time.) in a liquid boiling layer under constraint. Description of Much sectional is pointed continuously operating industrial setting and method of heating engineering calculation.
