Essay

We have elaborated and started serial output of the home dental cone-shaped titanic implant, which has a larger surface area, is set into the bone bed by selfcut and adaptively modulates the implantational bed .The implant is possible to be set in one or two stages by the closed or open mode. Due to narrowing of spongial stratum trabeculas the implant and bone contact area increases, which promotes contact ostegenesis.
