Object of research is the process of the enterprises competitiveness estimation. The aim is development of a complex of economic-mathematical models of the enterprises competitiveness estimation. Methods are: bases of the systems theory - for representation of research object, its components, structure, tasks and tools of research; methods of logic generalization - for studying categorical and the instrumental side of a researched problem; methods of expert estimations - for processing judgments of experts during research; an hierarchies analysis method - for designing an integrated parameter and definition of the importance of the enterprise competitiveness factors; the theory of measurements - for construction of individual scales of the enterprise competitiveness factors normalization; the theory of return calculations - for definition of an optimum vector of the enterprise development on the basis of comparison of necessary expenses and received results. Theoretical result - development of the theoretical approach to modelling process of an estimation of the enterprises competitiveness. The practical result consists in development and introduction of complex system of the enterprise competitiveness estimation focused on a supply with information of process of increase or deduction of researched object competitiveness. Scientific novelty: for the first time for definition of factors influence degree on competitiveness of the enterprise use of an hierarchies analysis method that has allowed to determine weight factors in view of a coordination of experts opinions was offered; the model of the enterprise competitive strategy choice which gives graphic interpretation of an competitiveness estimation results for the first time is developed and allows to choose the general competitive strategy formally; classification of the factors influencing the enterprise competitiveness, based on the system approach is advanced, allowing to construct a projection of factors to structure of system with management; the approach to an estimation of the enterprise competitiveness factors, based on development of the individual normalized scales is advanced, allowing to transfer expert estimation from a level of final use on a level of model development; the process of the enterprise competitive strategy choice has received the further development on the basis of a return calculations method that has allowed to determine the optimum script of the enterprise development on the basis of necessary charges and results which may be received comparison. Sphere of application - results may be applied in competitiveness control systems of the industrial enterprises and other managing subjects of different ownership patterns.
