Planetary nebulae. The aim is to develop a method for chemical composition determination with regard to nebular gas inhomogeneities. Method is photoionization modeling. New expressions for the ionization - correction factors were determined. The method of the optimized photoionization models calculations were developed. The primordial helium abundance and its enrichment ratio were determined. Obtained results are of interest in the theory of galactic chemical evolution. Field of use - physics of gas nebulae.
