Gumenna O. Exhibition activity in Agroindustrial complex

Object of Research: exhibition activity of subjects of Agro-Industrial Complex of Ukraine. Purpose of Research: theoretical ground of ways and development of practical recommendations on the improvement of organization and management by exhibition activity for stimulation of innovative processes in Agro-Industrial Complex. Methods: system approach, economic and financial analysis; expert estimations; statistical (correlation analysis of high-quality signs), sociological (questioning, questionnaire); methods of strategic management, including SWOT-analysis. Theoretical and practical results: directions of rise of efficiency of management by exhibition activity with the purpose of receipt of economic and social effect are developed, and also assistances to activation of innovative-investment processes in agroindustrial production. Scientific novelty: maintenance of the notion "agricultural exhibition" is definite in the context of its innovative setting how the "public show of achievements of agrarian science and practice is with the purpose of wide their introduction in agricultural production"; definite features of organization of exhibitions after an agroindustrial subject; classification of exhibition measures with consideration is deep to different classification signs; the system of acceptance of administrative decisions in relation to participation of enterprise in an exhibition on an agricultural subject in part of planning of charges on this participation got further development; the organizational-economic mechanism of assistance to participation of small enterprises of Agro-Industrial Complex in exhibitions by creation and functioning of the Informative-exhibition center is improved; an economic-mathematic model of effectiveness of exhibition campaign of enterprise got subsequent development; the informative system of treatment of information in an exhibition center with the use of the system database management is improved; directions of concordance of economic interests of subjects of exhibition activity in the system are improved "organizer - рarticipant of display - visitor of exhibition - industry - the state - organs of local self-government". Degree of application: the results of research considered and recommended to implementation by the National complex "Ekspoсentеr of Ukraine", by the Research agrarian enterprise "Mak of Ukraine", by the department of marketing of Academy of municipal management. Efficiency: introduction of results of research will be instrumental in the effective management by an exhibition activity with the purpose of receipt of economic and social effect, and also is instrumental in activation of Innovative-investment processes in Agro-Industrial Complex.
