Landina A. Criminal-legislative Defense of morality in Ukraine

In thesis are analyze the criminal-legislative problems of the defense of morality from crimes against it and it is a first investigation of some aspects of the fight with crimes against morality in Ukraine. In thesis have carried out the complex scientific research into problems of the criminal-legislative theory and practice of counteraction for crimes against morality. In this work are formulate the new theoretical principles, makes more exact substance of special conceptions, which make possible the improvement of Ukrainian criminal law in theoretical and practical aspects. The author has analyzed norms of foreign criminal codes of some countries, which determine the responsibility for crimes against morality, and compared them with according norms of the Criminal code of Ukraine. In the work makes more exact content of some conceptions, motivate recommendations for improvement of norms of the Criminal code of Ukraine and propose the new reduction of some norms, which determine the responsibility for crimes against morality.
