Essay

The object - of this investigator is an optimization of planning of comfortable energy safe booths of agricultural machines in accordance with the rules of heat and mass exchange at their inner environment. The aim is to provide comfortable labour conditions by means of optimum planning of energy safe booths of tractors and self-propelled agricultural machines. The Methods of the investigion are theoretical researches which are done with the use of elements of the linear programming and theory of optimum constructing. There are also used methods of mathematical and physical design in the thesis. Experimental research is carried out in laboratory and operation conditions on tractors, combines and heat preasure chambers, where thermal and air modes of booths are formed. The parameters of mass and temperature exchange are determined by means of physical models with using of modern measuring equipment. Novelty of the investigation is: 1) Air and thermal modes in the booths of self-propelled agricultural machines are theoretically and experimentally investigated. 2) The optimum value of the amount of sourses and coordinates of their location are set to the isothermal temperature fields whice are instrumental in the term of comfort . 3) The method of determination of parameters of comfort booth is developed according to heat exchange process at the apartment of booths. 4) The methods of determination of parameters of comfort booths is developed according to the heat exchange processes which happen in stratified barriering, constructions of the frame and in accordance with the influence of the heat transmission from the body to operator. 5) The main feautures of distributing of air-thermal streams in booths are determined with the use of the method of visualization. There are also offered a number of new technical decisions which help to a chiere comfortable labour conductions with economic losses of energy. Results of research. Recommendations concerning the choice of parameters of comfortable booths aresent "Kharkov tractor factory, Ternopil combine factory and Dnepropetrovsk combine factory. Our recommendations can be used by these factories in the process of modernization of agricultural machines. A region is machines and facilities of mechanization of agricultural production.
