Essay

The dissertation is devoted to theoretical research of structure of adsorption complexes of amino acids, dipeptides, and protein with nanodisperse silica surface and carbon nanotubes as in a vacuum and with allowance aqueous medium. The equilibrium structures of adsorption complexes biomolecule-solid were determinated with quantum-chemical methods. The spatial and electronic structure are appreciated the features of interaction biomolecules with hydrophilic and hydrophobic surface. The changes of structures of biomolecules in adsorption complexes biomolecule-solid are analyzed. The features of behavior of biomolecules with carbon nanotubes of different types are explained on the basis of the proposed models and quantum-chemical calculations.
