Subject - element interaction in the system "existing building - protective constructions - soil - foundation - ground constructions", mathematical model of the nonlinear soil foundation, FEM-based numerical modelling methods, algorithms and programs for extension buildings;goal - further development of the dilatation model, design and development of the effective algorithms for solving geotechnical problems for existing construction extensions; results - designed and developed: new modification of the soil model, new finite elements (FE) based on the tensor series of the finite element moment scheme, methodology for solving existing construction extension problems, explored and analyzed properties of the interaction between elements of the system "existing building - foundation - building"; implementation - incorporated into the high-rise building constuction process and foundation pit arrangement for extension buildings.
