Essay

The features of psychopathological infringements and personal features of this category of patients are investigated. The parities of neurotism, anxiety and depression levels are revealed with the character of nonpsychotic disturbances of mental sphere. The system of the differentiated therapy is carried out on the basis of the results of the research including pharmacotherapy and a complex of psychotherapeutic actions is developed. High clinical efficiency of the suggested system's application of the therapy is proved.
