Object - licvation and an oriented crystallization in titancontainng glasses; aim - development of scientific bases of a synthesis glass crystal mat coatings, and technological parameters of the newest re-source-and energysaving "know-how" of products from a sheet steel with controlled optical properties; methods - a complex of standard physical and chemical methods; results and novelty - it is estab-lished areas of existence of glasses compositions in system Na2O-B2O3-TiO2-ZnO-SiO2 for coatings reception with the con-trolled optical characteristics. With use DTA and X-ray it is established habits licvation processes in formation mat glass crystal mat coatings which are gained on a way of two frits mix-ing: bortitan and zinctitan. Scientifically established the oppor-tunity of reception mat glass crystal coatings by an oriented crys-tallization of glasses in system Na2O-B2O3-TiO2-ZnO-SiO2 (by one-frit way) also is experimentally established. For the first time with use DTA, X-ray, gradient-thermal, petrographic analysis methods agency chemical to a warehouse, in particular zinc oxide, a thermal prehistory titan-zinc containing glasses and temperature conditions of coatings firing from them on in-tensity of crystallization, dispersity and distribution of new growths in volume mat glass crystal coatings is revealed. Accord-ing to IR-spectroscopy and an electronic microscopy it is estab-lished, that spinodal liquation as the intermediate stage recep-tion crystal titan-zinc containing coatings, takes precedence over stable liquation at reception of mat coverings with тонкодис-персною silky texture. Technological parameters of reception in system Na2O-B2O3-TiO2-ZnO-SiO2 are investigated.; introduc-tion - a heading in manufacture of the enameled products; branch - manufacture of the enameled details of is architectural-building and household purpose.
