Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the increase of quality and precision of the wire-cut electrical discharge machining (EDM) in plumbing water with the use of unypolar impulses generators by avoid of undesirable electrochemical processes on a piecework. The conformity to the law of corrosive damages formation of piecework is defined in the process of EDM and the choice of electrochemical defence is motivated for their avoidance by theoretical and experimental researches. A mathematical model is constructed and distributing of reactive matters concentrations near the piecework in the process of machining are calculated. Advices to the technical providing of cathode defence, charts of place and choice of material of additional electrode in work-capacity of the machine-tool. The results of researches allowed to get details without the corrosive damages with high quality and precision of surface without the loss of most possible productivity of process.
