Novitskiy A. Organizational-legal principles of state management in fuel and power complex of Ukrainian.

The research object is organizational and management relations in fuel and energy complex (FEC) of Ukraine, arising in the process of FEC entities’ activity and connected with performance control by state bodies, purpose – on the basis of management theory, jurisprudence, legislature of Ukraine analysis and its experience usage, to light out the problems of organizing and management performance in FCE of Ukraine by state management bodies, to make suggestions for Ukrainian legislature improvement and structure of these bodies in the process of controlling activity. methods – historical and comparative, the method of constant indicators comparison, economic and legal analysis, structure and functional method, method of logic (analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction), extrapolation, comparative and jurisprudence method; novelty – it is proved the necessity for setting the generalization and grading of decentralized complex of legal regulations and based the necessity for processing Energy Code of Ukraine, it is worked out recommendations for structure mechanism improvement of different state bodies activity coordination, it is classified of the basic sources, shadow phenomena ways, as well as general and specific factors of shadow relations in FEC of Ukraine, it is proved the necessity for research of state function in reference to national energy as a direction of the threats minimization in FEC of Ukraine, it is classified the major threats for state’s energy safety; results – the thesis materials can be used in scientific research, legislative, law fields and in academic process.
