Essay

Object - ischemia of optic nerve and anemia of the retina. Purpose - to make more effective patient treatment with ischemia of optic nerve and anemia of the retina, caused by antiphospholipide syndrome. Methods - examinations of the eye and hemostasis, coagulation test, immune - enzymatic test, slit lamp examination (SLE), projective perimeter. For the first time it was established, that the condition of visual functions and hemostasis has been improved after immune-supressive therapy of these patients. The method of patient medical treatment, which is being consisted in pathogenetically substantiated immune-supressive therapy, is fast offered. The research results are introduced in DRCTA, URS Institute, in program of lectures and practice at DSMU. The sphere of use- medicine, ophthalmology.
