Essay

Candidat's thesis is dedicated to investigation of associative system: the mulberry - nitrogenfixing bacteria of sort Azospirillum. The ability of A. brasilense 54 to induce morphological changes of root is shown. The application of the modified scheme of the immunization and reimmunization of animals that allowes to receive the antiserum to the strain Azospirillum brasilense 54. It is established, that nitrogenfixing bacteria of sort Azospirillum are capable to penetrate into internal tissues of roots of wood plants. The opportunity of artificial formation of paranodules on roots of the mulberry and settling of the data structures of Azospirillum is shown. The bacterial preparation of rizobrasin on a basis of the strain A. brasilense 54 and the ways of inoculation of plants of a mulberry of different age by it is developed. The introduction of Azospirillum in a root zone of the mulberry promotes the prolonged increase of a crop of the given culture and the improving of a quality of leaves of a mulberry.
