Essay

With the purpose of determination optimal algorithm of diagnostic methods for timely exposure of radiation injuries of lungs 130 patients getting radiotherapy and complex medical treatment concerning non-small cell cancer of lung and breast cancer are inspected. Are established on analysi’s basis of got results, that by basic methods of their determination it follows to count roentgenography and CT, specifying of stage it follows to count FVD, and auxiliary - pulmoscintigraphy. 4-6 months after radiotherapy ending are optimum terms of diagnostics at patients with cancer of lung, and at patients with breast cancer - 6-8 months. Radiation fibrosis met with identical frequency at use of modern chemotherapy medications in generally accepted charts of their use.
