Processes of internationalization and globalization, which stipulate development of modern market economy concerning organization of natural and juridical persons effective insurance defence. Complex research of insurance market development in the conditions of globalization, determination of influencing the last one onto Ukraine's National Insurance system. Methods: statistical, quantitative and high-quality comparisons, scientific abstraction, prognostication, factor-analytical, expert estimations. It was explored the essence of insurance in national economic systems, tendencies and contradictions of internationalization and globalization of insurance activity. The comparative between-countries analysis of insurance services markets adjusting was conducted. It was considered macro and microeconomical factors and problems of becoming the EC unique insurance market. On the basis of research the regulating system of insurance activity in Ukraine, analysis of insurance company's activity at its market itwas appraised the potential of National Insurance services market and offered the competitive model of its development.
