Dzundza V. Criminal responsibility for drawing minors into criminal or other anti-social work.

This dissertation deals with the problems for drawing minors into criminal or other anti-social work according to new Criminal Code of Ukraine is carried out in this dissertation. It is defined that the modern Ukrainian criminal legislation is characterized by tendency to increase special standards of criminal responsibility for drawing minors to commit crimes or other anti-social work. Taking into consideration objective and subjective signs of special standards of responsibility for drawing minors into anti-social work, their imperfection, contradiction and no conformity to the grounds and principles of criminalization are proved and the conclusion that it is necessary to exclude them from the Criminal Code of Ukraine and concentrate signs of all the actions for drawing minors in the common standard - art.304 of CC is done.
