Conceptual basis and practical methods for defending the national economic interests in conditions of financial transnationalization are researched. The parameters of global financial system and mechanisms of redistribution of world wealth, which act within it, are explored. Сomplex study of the present situation and past experience of Ukrainian financial system integration into global financial space has been conducted. Trends, problems and ways of its further integration in conditions of financial transnationalization are shown.
