Essay

The dissertation is devoted to studying of radiochemotherapy of patients by an esophageal and gastroesophageal cancer. For the upper part esophageal cancer patient we used lower thyroid arteries, for lower esophageal and gastroesophageal cancer - left gastric artery or left lower diaphragm artery or celiac trunk. Complete remissions – 55,6% for upper esophageal and 6,5% for lower esophageal and gastroesophageal cancer (from 0%). The 1-year survival rate accordingly rise to 77% and 41,9% (from 10% and 0%)
