The author defines of criminal-legal, criminological and criminalistics descriptions of the definite crimes. Structural elements of description of these criminal offences were detailed and examined. On the ground of generalization of investigation and judicial practice, learning of literary sources theoretical and organizational-tactical aspects of investigation of mass disturbances were worked out. Concrete propositions about increasing of efficiency of activity of law enforcement authorities concerning investigation of the definite category of crime are made. The peculiarities of excitation of matters of the appointed category, peculiarities of making of investigation and investigation-operative group are considered. Typical investigation situations, which can turn out during the investigation of the definite crimes and directions of their solution were defined. Some questions concerning overcoming of counteraction of investigation and peculiarities of investigation situation were considered. Single model complex of judicial examinations is suggested. The tactics of leading of separate investigation actions of initial and further stages of investigation (examination of place of action, interrogation, search, identification etc.) is researched.
