Dissertation devoted to decision of scientific problem on rising of prophylaxis and treatment effectiveness of nosocomial infections at newborns with high perinatal risk. In work are submitted results of complex clinical, microbiologic, biochemical and statistical checkup of 155 newborns with different perinatal deseases, at 57 from whom different forms of nosocomial infection were observed, including 22 cases of sepsis. Perinatal risk factors were statistically analysed. On the basis of the received data the mathematical model of forecasting of risk of development nosocomial infection at newborns was built. Following the most informative factors are revealed: gestation age less than 32 weeks, nonattended pregnancy, threat of abortion, colpitis at pregnancy; staying at newborns intensive care unit, prolong artificial ventilation and infusion. Features of bacterial colonization of newborns with high perinatal risks, who required resuscitation and the further treatment in intensive care unit, were investigated. Gram-negative intestinal microorganisms, steady against gentamycin, ampicillin, cephalosporin of ІІ-ІІІ generations were distract from newborns with nosocomial sepsis. 50 % cultures were steady against cifran and tienam. Distracted enterococci were steady against all tested antibiotics, including cifran, with only exception of vancomycin. Staphylococci also were high resisted to antibiotics, including vancomycin.
