Essay

Object - dry fibrous polymer-cement mixes for industrial floors. The goal has been to develop and optimise the compositions of mixes for floor coverings. The methods of measuring linear shrinkage and adhesion, computational experiment, computer- aided search for compromise have been used. Determined have been technological and operational requirements to materials of self-levelling industrial floors, the parameters of preparing a con- crete bed, and optimal compositions of the mixes. The positive effects of polymer fibre and additive at optimal grain composition of mineral framework have been deduced, high strength material with reduced shrinkage have been obtained. The developed mixes are produced at “Henkel Bautechnik (Ukraine)” plants. Applications – high performance floors for industrial buildings.
