Piven V. Increase of effectiveness of iron-ore concentrate production on the base of optimization of ore quarry cargo traffic.

Thesis is dedicated to development of methods for rising effectiveness of iron-ore concentrate making on the base of optimizing quarry cargo traffic of ore technological varieties. For the first time here is established interconnection of ore varieties relationship and distance of quarry hauls and their influence on economic indices of mine-dressing complex. There are developed economico-mathematical model and methods of optimization of pit cargo traffic to ore-dressing factories differing by technology of crushing and beneficiation. It is proved that iron-ore concentrate price and methods of its fixation depending on iron content in it influence on formation of ore cargo traffic in quarry. Here is suggested technique of estimating iron cut-off grade in ore at pits of mine-dressing enterprises. The way of desulphuration for pyrrotine-bearing magnetit quartzites in cargo traffic of ore is developed. Possibility and economic expediency of introducing scientific results and practical recommendations of the thesis are shown on the example with Inguletski mine-dressing enterprise.
