Thesis is devoted to theoretical and practical problems of legal and organizational guaranteeing of dissolving labor contract with employees at enterprises, institutions and organizations in modern conditions of market economy. The main grounds of dissolving labor contract are determined in this research. Theoretical approaches for defining the notion dissolving labor contract are determined. The essence of normative and legal guaranteeing of dissolving labor contract is shown.
