Essay

The thesis surveys the performing technique evolution in the Ukrainian accordion school, which was closely interrelated and simultaneous to the development of performing itself, of repertoire and methods as well as the perfecting of the instrument construction. It analyses the faktors that stimulated and marked a new stage in tse accordion performing technique evolution. In partikular, the influense of adaptations and transcriptions on its formation is observed, accentuating the original repertoire, that direktly reveals the evolution of accordion art. Tse thesis points out the modern Ukrainian “composers” tendensy of activizing their creative work for a new generation of performers.
