Essay

Object is microwave radiation and ultrasound as the factors of sample-preparation food products and biological materials. Methods are the modern methods of atomic-absorptive spectroscopy (electro-thermal and flaming variant of atomization) and spectrophotometry. In number, influencing of parameters of microwave radiation is described and ultrasound of wide range of frequencies on the degree of exception of Chrome, Nicely and Stanum (UHR) and Plumbum, Cadmium and Cuprum (US) in the process of sample-preparation food products and biological objects, that allowed to create the expresses methods of analysis of these objects with ultrasonic and microwave intensification of sample-preparation. Degree of introduction are the developed methods the works of laboratory inculcated in practice SP"Kirovogradstandartmethrology", laboratories of department of analytical control and monitoring of State administration of ecology and natural resources in the kirovograd region, laboratories at Management on the questionsof extraordinary situations and civil defence of population of kirovograd city advice. Job performances are inculcated in the educational process of KSPU on the department of chemistry.
