Essay

The Dissertation is devoted to study of restructuring of potential of airlines potential. Particularities of competition on the market of aircraft have been investigated. It denotes that aircraft is "specific" assets because of traffic conceptions, it makes dependent strategy of home airlines. Therefore home airlines must form such structure of potential in contracting at renovation of aircrafts park, that allows make strategy really and freedom. Main outcomes of the Dissertation are institutional model of potential in leasing and model of the dynamics of permanent restructuring of potential for forming strategies for potential restructuring.
