Essay

The thesis deals with the study of the clinical course, morphological, cytochemical and immunophenotupe features of the malignant transformed lymphoid cells in the patients with various forms of the malignant chronic lymphoproliferative diseases. The major variants of leukaemias from large granulocytic lymphocytes - T-cell with more benign clinical course and NK-cell variant, upon which the application of chemotherapy immediately after diagnosis is recommended - are isolated.
