Essay

The object of research: state of insulation cable line (CL) of the distributive networks (DN). The purpose of research: mining and research methods, algorithms and device selective monitoring the of a state of isolation CL DN and realization on their base of the diagnostic system (DS) of a state of isolation CL. Methods of research: the method, grounded on measuring and matching of corners between currents of ground leakages of each lines, is designed; complex use the method of the comparative estimation, and methods of the prognostication of the process and discriminant analysis of the account of the influence working factor is offered; motivated possibility and explored use the frequency 6 Hz as worker in DS; DS the state of insulation is designed. A subject and degree of the application: DS is introduced in Korosten electric networks "Zhitomiroblenergo", in GAEK "Hersonoblenergo" and in sugar refineriesresults in Chernivtsi. Effectiveness of implantation: increasing to reliability of supply and optimization of the service CL performances of the electric drive and energetic efficiency improvement. The sphere of application: electric cable networks by voltage 6-10 kV.
