Gerasimchuk T. Central European Countries in the European Union's politic (1989 - 2004).

In the dissertation on the base of systematic approach specialities and specification of creating foreign policy strategy of Central European countries which are under conditions of geopolitical changes in Europe; influence of the European integration course on social-political and social-economical transformations in CE countries; interdependence of the foreign policy strategy, transformation processes in CE countries on the EU east policy; influence of the geopolitical situation on the European continent on the EU east strategy are considered. The development of the European integration process in conditions of the world globalization; the role of revolution's changes in 1989 - 1990 in CE countries and the ending of the Cold War for farther development of Central European countries and the hole Europe has been analysed. The author has discovered the performance of the "Copenhagen criteries" of membership in the EU by CE countries. It was showed specialities of negotiation process and selected the main stages of the evolution relations between CE countries with EU. The researcher has pointed out the main problems of realization the most priority forms of the cooperation between CE countries and EU, what role and place has played programs which helped the CE countries to integrate to the EU.
