Essay

The thesis is devoted to studying major immunity cells in gingiva at human adult generalized periodontitis by quantitative and quality assay in accordance with disease severity degree at tissue section. The researching results are facilitated disease immunopathogenesis. The komplex assay of immune cells expressed CD3, CD4, CD8, CD20, HLA-DR -molecules and gamma-, delta- chains in the TCR was exactly related to disease severity degree. Taking together with morphological analysis this data are displayed the development of local determined immunological events and their contribution in disease pathogenesis. It was established the localization, quantitative of major immunity cells in normale gingiva and at generalized chronic periodontitis.
