Saltykova G. Clinico-morphological peculiarities of the course of upper gastrointestinal tract diseases in children

Thesis concerns the important problem of the diagnostic in gastroenterology. The pathology of the upper gastrointestinal tract of children, analysis of specific features of the clinical course, determination of the acid production and H.pylori infection of children with different nosological types of the gastritis and gastroduodenitis were studied. It was determined, that the frequency of the nosological types of children depends on their age and sex. It was confirmed that the features of vegetative nervous system changes depend on child age.The necessity of an examination of the acid production state of the diseases of gastroduodenitis zone, especially of children with normal basal acid production, was clarified. It was clarified that the histological and ultrastructural changes at nonatrophic gastritis depend on the disease duration and presence of the H.pуlori infection. The ultrastructural features of the changes of children with hypertrophic gastritis were established.
