Essay

The object of research: electrical distributive network 10kV. The purpose of research: improvement and development of methods for the electrical distributive network 10kV reliability optimization and analysis of the influence of different reliability improvement facilities on the reliability performance. Methods of research: mathematical modelling, theory of probability. Theoretical and practical results and innovations: method of the power supply reliability optimization accounting individual characteristics of distributive network is developed; for the first time zoned structures accounting different types of reliability improvement facilities and their combinations were used for the reliability optimization; method for determining sites of damage in electrical distributive network 10kV is developed; the system of contractual economic responsibility which allowed to ground financial interrelation of sides for the receipt of necessary level of reliability is offered. A subject and degree of the application: methods of the reliability improvement facilities choice and developed program are implemented in Chernigiv STU and passed for the use in a "Ukrselenergoproekt", Kiev. Effectiveness of implantation: increase of power supply reliability indexes in distributive networks 10kV. The sphere of application: normatively-technical document on planning and exploitation of electric networks.
