Thesis is the first integrated monographic study of the problems of intended murder with the purpose to hide other crime or to ease its accomplishment according to the current Criminal Code of Ukraine. It considers main approaches in normative regulation of responsibility for some manifestation of such intended murder in the most important legal monuments operated on the territory of Ukraine and in modern criminal legislation of some foreign states. It examines specific criminal-legal content of intended murder, stipulated by 9 item, part 2 of Article 115 of Criminal Code of Ukraine, and its co-relation with other crimes. Presents main trends in penalty fixation for intended murder with the purpose to hide other crime or to ease its accomplishment. Lays ideas how to update Ukrainian criminal legislation and practice of its application.
