A methods of clinico-ethological estimation of manipulative behavior is worked up on a basis of studying patients with exo- and endogenous psychic disorders. Ethological glossary of manipulative behavior associated with speech is worked up for objective estimation of psychopathological status. Using of given method broaden a range of diagnostic possibilities of contemporary psychiatric practice. Offering approaches of manipulative behavior analysis do not call for complicated special equipment and can find a wide practical application in differential diagnostic of psychic disorders, including expert estimation of simulative behavior. Key words: manipulations, speech, schizophrenia, emotional pathology, organic psychic disorders.
